Break The Bonds of Language

Today I got this one thought in my mind and I want to share it with you. Why can't all the people in this world speak the same language??? Wait...I know that it's totally insane to ask that question. But anyway this is something really important to ponder upon. LANGUAGE is just words or signs that people use to express thoughts and feelings to each other. Why does it have to be complicated so much? In the recent survey, a total of 6909 different languages are spoken all around the world. In one way it's good to know that the world is rich in language but on the other hand, it's just building castles in the air. Coming on to India, though it has over 22 languages and is very well-known for it's "Unity In Diversity" I don't agree with this aspect when it comes to language. A language is a basic unit of communication But when it is diverse the ancient proverb "Birds of same feathers flock together" comes into action. People who speak the same language form groups and get confined within it. They are at times least bothered about the people beside them just because of the different language they speak. Communication is the key factor that breaks barriers between two or more people, thus, leading to a relationship. But when the medium (language) differs, it ultimately creates barriers among people. Well...there is nothing that can be done to change this factor. Anyway, let's all know that Language is just a medium to understand one another. Let us join hands and not make difference in language a barrier in building relationships. Agatha Christie quotes that "For every complex problem there is a simple solution". Likewise, for this, a simple Hi along with a Smile can break the barrier which the same language does. Treat everyone equally irrespective of what language they use. All of them in this world is unique and special in their own way and a language must not be a barrier to express their true self.
